John LamannaChief Executive Officer
Mr. Lamanna joined Tunnel Hill Partners in December, 2017. An industry veteran with nearly 40 years of success, John most recently served as the Region President for Progressive Waste. He spent over 14 years as an Area President for Republic Services in the Midwest. He began his career with BFI in Pittsburgh in 1978 before moving on to Waste Management, where he ended a successful 15 year career as Region President in Arizona. He has served on Boards at both Gods Pantry Food Bank and the Lexington YMCA, where he and his family remain actively involved with charities in the community.
Kevin McEneryChief Financial Officer
Mr. McEnery joined Tunnel Hill Partners as CFO in the beginning of 2014. He has more than 30 years of public and private company CFO experience, in a variety of industries, and has led three successful restructurings. That experience includes his role as the former CFO of Scholastic Corp., the $2 billion publishing company. Mr. McEnery is a CPA and a former audit manager with Arthur Andersen.
Mike KozakSenior Vice President - Strategic Pricing and Business Development
Mr. Kozak joined Tunnel Hill Partners in September of 2015. Prior to that he held a series of Executive level Sales and Business Development roles within the Hazardous and Industrial Waste Management, Remediation, Brownfield Redevelopment and Environmental Services industries. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Soil Safe, Inc., a Private Equity backed company and the largest processor of contaminated soils in the United States.
Matthew NeelySenior Vice President – Landfill & Rail Operations
Mr. Neely joined Tunnel Hill Partners in January, 2018. Matt has nearly 35 years of experience in the industry most recently serving as a Director of Landfill Operations for Waste Management. He also previously worked at Progressive Waste as an Area Manager (New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania) as well over 13 years with Republic Services as Area President (in Michigan and Ohio). Matt received a BSE in Environmental and Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan.
